Any course fishermen on the wrath.... advice...

Haven't been for a good few years but my boy wants to go.... recommendations please for nice carp/tench water in Norfolk that is
a/ not too difficult that he will get disheartened;
b/ where I can drive and park close to the water (can't be doing with lugging all that gear too far;
c/ allow night fishing;
