Good morning chaps and chapettes

Hello I'm a firm believer in looking good and feeling good. Not wanting to generalise at all but some of you people I see attending matches at Carrow Road are, how should I put this, in need of a bit of guidance in the self appearence category. It's all very well being a 6 fingered mwlarring f**kwit but there really is no call to underline the fact by dressing like one. So, over the course of the next few days I shall be imparting some of my internationally respected knowledge to one and all on here. Because God knows you need all the help you can get.

So, sup up your freshly squeezed Sugar Beet and finish off that Turnip Porridge and get ready to welcome the new you.
