Unfortunately we are all a bit concerned about change but in business as well as in football (some would say both are the same) a manager loses respect and in big business this is why md`s/ managers come and go because they are not providing the results for the company or the shareholders. It aint rocket science to realise that every one has their day and things move on, that time is now and although it will create unrest, after seeing the recent performances of the employees, they have lost their way due to a lack of leadership from their bosses and new blood IS essential or we are going to go the way of the Notts Forest`s of this world!!
