They INSIST I have a virus on my PC. Ask them how they know.
"We have been given information".
"By whom?"
"We have information Sir, that you have a virus on your PC and we are Microsoft Windows".
"But HOW do you know?"
"We have information" -and so it goes on.

Every few weeks. Without fail. May resort to the loud whistle next time. TPS are completely useless, am beginning to suspect they only exist to get people to register their phone numbers so they can sell them on to telemarketing companies.
