So we can suspect he can spend a bit more on the brillance that is Chelsea. Personally, I think out of all of the Russian oligarchs who made shed loads out of the privitisation of the Russian economy, he has made himself high profile in an independent country, but a country which is safe and well policed/regulated. Even if he isn't that interseted in football, he has made himself very safe, and he is a billionaire at the same time at the age of 37, something most of us can only dream about. And I don't doubt Chelsea could potentially dominate the Premiership for the next 20 years.
