the otc one looks a great piece of kit
if i could chose a phone, it would be that or the nexus 4 i think.
having said that, to buy, i'd probably go samsung or nexus.
nexus will give you great software support. samsung will more than likely keep resale value close 2nd to apple products.
the launch of the 24 in march will probably devalue the s3 so you could get a better deal for that.
the note 2, if you can handle the screen size is apparently a beast of a phone as well.
