Graham Rix
Just seen a rumour on bbc that Hearts are to appoint Graham Rix as manager. "BBC Sport understands.... "I've seen before and it's come to nothing so I fervently hope that this rumour is not true. The point of this post though is not so piss or sympaty can be described, but to see if anyone can say whether Rix, as a convicted Sex Offender should be allowed, by law, to manage any organisation where there are people under 18 in the vicinity. Apparently he was manager at Oxford until quite recently, and I wonder how this can be allowed to happen?
He's also a complete tosser as a coach and I'm sure we would all be incandescent if he was to be touted herfe as a replacement for Worthy.
