Not everyone, but they're going to finish mid-table at best.
I don't think anyone's expecting them to go down, just not to finish anywhere near 4th (or European qualification) again. They finished incredibly badly last season, which suggests that their style of play *has*, by and large, been read by the more skilful managers in the Prem. Gravesen's a big loss too, obviously.
My tip is Sunderland, Pompey and WBA to go down and I stick by that.
