is to sack the manager and appoint a new manager who can motivate the players and sign (or loan) a couple of midfielders in January (attacking CM and right winger). Then we have to try and avoid relegation and possibly mount a challenge for the play-offs in the vague hope that some of our best players might actually want to stay.
