Gnocchi

Get a courgette, red chili pepper, mascarpone cheese, parmesan, a lemon and a bunch of spring onions.

Slice courgette into ribbons and fry with the finely chopped red pepper. Cook for about 3 mins, then add the sliced spring onions, mascarpone, big wodge of parmesan and the grated lemon rind. Cook the Gnocchi and bung it in. Decant into an ovenproof dish, sprinkle some parmesan on top and chuck it under the grill for a couple of mins.
