the reason we are struggling imho

the long and short of it is the size/quality of our squad. to many players aren't good enough. certainly not good enough for a pemanant first team place

these players are imho brennan, mcveigh, jarret, hendo, jarvis, thorne etc etc

the reason i can see is due to costs/wages. the fact that ashton, green and huckerby, earn such high wages, means that the wages bucket is empty, leaving us with such players as above, and also ensuring worthy can't sign anyone else on big contracts

i realize worthy has lost the players but im sure he has tried and tried to get better sqad players in and im sure if he had a choice he wouldn't play left backs in midfield

our probs stem back as far as signing jonson and helveg etc on big wages etc etc

if worthy could get the players back and get them all working together plus 2 good signings in january, then im my opinion this would be better than just sacking him and risking loosing all just because we ( the fans are f**ked off)
