He should have been shown the door last Xmas
when he was exposed as a thoroughly nice but very average manager who doesn't know how to play the transfer game.
However - providing we don't go down (oo err missus!) I think the Board will be quite happy with no promotion.
Remember everyone - steady progress, prudence and long term stability.
