I don't want us to sign this bloke anyway but does anyone know what his actual role

in the crime was because he obviously did not serve a very long sentence for it?

Was he just present as part of a big group and didn't do anything to stop it? Has he expressed remorse? One would assume that for him to have been released and back playing professional football again the answer to both of those questions is yes. I know it won;t make a difference in most people's eyes but would be interested to know.
