Tecky help most appreciated

I've got a small office with a desktop and 3 laptops and want to create a shared drive so that we can store all of our work in a central place. It needs to be secure, easily backed up and wireless oh yeah and easily installed.I'd be grateful if someone could point me towards a suitable gizmo that will do the job.
