I would question us paying 8 million for Gary Hooper

When you pay that kind of money you want somebody proven at a high level.
18-25 goal champs strikers normally go in the 1.5-4 million range.
Is the SPL a higher standard of opposition.
Some of the defending in some of his goals has been shocking.

I think Graham is more proven and more in line with what we want if we are sticking with the lone striker system this season.

The fact is it make sense to make it be known that we are interested in lots of players so it doesnt look like we are only after one or two.

What does worry me a little is if we get two quality strikers at the last minute it wont leave much time to move on strikers like Morison or Jackson. Im guessing under the table loan deals will sort that out.
