clueless (remember the one on one). Even under Lambert he looked like the poor man's Mulryne. And secondly, it's not possible for a manager to "destroy" a player. If it's not working for him, the player needs to get out. I heard all this s**te about McVeigh, who basically was a very talented player who only bothered playing when his contact was up.
