Starting without Pilks and Hoolahan was big mistake

probably not what cost us the game, but they are two of only three players in our squad (with Snodgrass) that can regularly receive the ball under pressure, keep it and bring others in to play.

Without doing this, we just gave possession away far too easily, inviting pressure.
