The finest - and I mean finest - 'snow' in NR3
You have to stare at the street light to see it flying about but at street level you see the odd speck. Or maybe I should wear my glasses more often (at all) and get more sleep. Still, bit of a stretch to call it snow but I suppose if there's something falling and it's below zero out there then 'snow' it is. It'll have to get heavier than this to make any difference though.
