Oscarnary/nipples

Three options:

Vaseline (works a treat)
Sticking plaster (use the waterproof sort, or the friction and sweating will combine to rub them off)
Natural fibre shirt - cotton or suffen. But if you're anywhere near the sweaty bastard I am, that's a ricockulous idea, cos it'll just get waterlogged with sweat.

Fourth option, just put up with stingy nips. I've got a Nodge shirt still bloodstained with nippleblood from the great north run a couple of years ago, blast bor that was sore.
