erm...financial planning

Basically I've tipped away quite a few years thinking that if I was good at something I would enjoy it and it didn't matter what I did but it's just not true. I'm about to be in a position where I can afford to taken a substantial pay cut and am desperate to move into a more creative industry. (Obviously the above is not the terms I'd put it in to any potential employer)
