I'd imagine we'd be willing to cough up 30k for a player of a level above (one who would command way too high a transfer fee anyway, or wouldn't want to come to Norwich). Basically for a player who would be to our current team what Huckerby was to the team when he arrived. But not for a player who has never played in the Premiership in his life. We don't gamble like that.
