I have visted people staying here but it seems they cost about 100K but that includes furniture etc.

I think I was told they would sell for a lot less money though:

I can remember being sat on the sofa and looking out at fantastic sea views. Worth going to have a look to see what you get for that sort of money and it might be worth renting one as and when required rather than buying one.
