Whilst we were ?18 m in debt, Delia quoted the club at around ?40m if someone wanted to buy it

Which is bizarre, because if Chase wanted ?10m, and we were in such a state. How could we be worth ?40m with 18m debt and 15 year loan

The answers are that we owned land, the ground etc etc

But, so did Chase didn't he?
