Have a lot of respect for him. Its not his fault-football management is, on the whole, transitory in its nature, fans are the only permanent feature of it-players, management, even directors and Chairmen move on when the time is right.
I respect his desire to resolve it as well, but wonder if the fire is REALLY burning as fiercely to do so as it was 4,5 years ago?
IMHO, yes, it will do the club good to have a new management team -and a bit of a clear out, squad wise, come January and the summer-but it will also do Worthy good to move on and build up his reputation even more somewhere else. He'd get another job in football, more likely an ambitious League 1 team, possibly a Scots Prem, or CCC club that needs what he gave us-a Leicester, a Coventry-wonder though, if he has the faith or desire himself to do it all again somewhere else, or if he rather fancies us as being his last job?
