Really disappointing defeat against a very average side

Such an annoying way to bring an end to our unbeaten run. I don;t care where they are in the league they are no better than us and that game was in the balance at half time.

For me the difference was that one team/manager tried to win the game and succeeded and the other team/manager were just trying not to lose it and failed. Clarke made positive changes which paid off whilst we tried to play on the counter attack with no pace in the side.

Hughton is a superb coach and in general is doing a very good job. We still sit nicely in mid table and i think we will be fine this season so on balance we have to be happy but he really, really needs to have a bit more faith in our team away from home against the non top 6 clubs where we are perfectly capable of winning and do not need to be as negative as we were today in the second half.

Really frustrating.
