Honestly, whoever dreampt it up has very evidently never been mentally ill, don't need any advisers to tell them that. Have they any idea how long it takes to get to see I Phsycahitirst? Simple fact is 50% of cases should never get that far to require it but because there is so few and so fewer link workers/CPN's etc, people are left to get far far worse than they should until it requires Crisis intervention. Disgusting really for such a rich Country.
