I think over time, we'll struggle to better Hughton

I thought Lambert had potential to be great, he probably still has, but

Hughton has shown in the Newcastle and Birmingham job, what he had learnt in over a decade coaching at Spurs.

At Norwich, so far, he's shown us what he's learnt from Newcastle and Birmingham (as well the spurs years)

A bit Martinez, I'm pretty sure both don't see the point of rushing, and we've just landed Hughton nearing his peak
