Well....

You may have a problem in that when they issue the PAC code and you then use it to port your number to another provider, this closes your (Orange?) account.

I'd imagine then they may take a final payment to settle the balance on your account, which I'm guessing you are not willing to pay. That said though, if you're not paying by Direct Debit then I can't see how they could do that. aybe cancel any Direct Debit with your bank (if you have one) and then ring up for your PAC code?!

The only way to find out is to ring them up and ask for it! Good luck.
