The late subs thing is defintely a problem, especially when we are behind late on in games
Hughton proved against Spurs in the cup that he has the tactical nouse to change things with subs (Tettey just after Spurs scored in the 68th minute), so there's no reason that this should be a problem, but for some reason he seems stubborn to use his subs effectively.
