Seems like a bit of stupid question to me
Over time the dates will not stay fixed for each quarter, until eventually they're overlapping each other, i.e. Q2 (future) becomes Q1 (now).
Not sure why it has to be 27th and why you couldn't just add 3 months so it's always the 27th.
Strange objective.
