I remember being shocked...
when they showed the whole game on TV to celebrate the 10th anniversary, just how much better than us Germany were and how they deserved to win. Prior to seeing that all I had to go on was the flagwaving myth that has been created around it so I'd assumed we were fantastic. Bit of a let down for a kid it was...
