I don't know, wasn't really listening. Fuel duty increase has been scrapped, for now, and personnal allowance has gone up.

I have never understood tax credits. Surely easier to give people a different tax code depending on how many kids they have etc. Selwyn could probably explain it a bit more concisely than me.
