Whittaker gets beaten far too easily
and his 'passing' is very random at times. It was the same against Spurs, Reading and Everton. His man gets behind him far too easily and he just slashes the ball away.
Snodgrass generally works hard and gets in the correct defensive positions, but his standing tackling can be very weak. A poor defender in one on one situations such as Whittaker needs better protection.
