Classic management tactics: ride out the crisis, if you can, and show that you're unified as a management team as you do so...if the management team shows any signs of infighting or dissention then that heightens the panic amongst the rank and file - us, and to a lesser extent, the players, well, that's the theory...it's not that unusual, it really isn't...
