in terms of rheumatism maybe?
What might be clicking to you, might be your joints breaking up the crystals from some onset rheumatism
Maybe something to monitor. If your knee ever swells up in future, then it might be that. Keep moving and ice is the key
Erm, clicking in general. This might make you feel better. Look up synoival fluid. Your body produces this naturally between your bones to protect you. Sometimes clicks might actually be gas popping from trapped air in inbetween your bones from synovial fluid
