Yep

I was put on proton pump inhibitors, couldn't drink coffee or eat spicy food etc. Collapsed a couple of times and taken to hospital - consistently diagnosed with ulcer and investigated for heart trouble FFS. Eventually was seen by rather elderly locum GP who said I had classic gallstone symptoms, ordered an ultrasound and had em whipped out. No further problems.
