The thing I found very unclear on the ticketing website was the "select your seats" thing
where it doesn't give you many clues as to what is row 1, and what is the back row. In fact, it just gives you a square with a load of dots and lets you guess where the pitch is in relation to your selection.
I initially selected front row seats when I wanted back row ffs.
Thankfully I am super intelligent so worked it out, but had I been in a hurry, I might have duke of yorked it.
