Strictly speaking it could just be ITV2, but that would be difficult with ITV4+1 as there's no ITV5.
However what I think ITV1+1 should be is the same as ITV, but one more. In a "goes to eleven" kind of a way.
So instead of the X Factor, the Y Factor (or the Why Factor), where talentless gimpoids have to justify their existence.
