Yep

Sear both sides in some rendered pancetta fat then rip up some basil and some plum tomatoes and throw in some pine kernels and dribble over seventeen and three quarter lugs of your best extra virgin and a lugette of your third best balsamic before roasting over a wood fire and serving on a bed of haricot beans with a glass of Sauternes.
