God, the comments. Bloody hell.

People sitting there reading a perfectly harmless article which discusses issues of history, equality and diversity, thinking these things through, writing them down, committing them anonymously to a national newspaper's website... FFS. They've turned a positive article into a poisonous debate.

And some people say that racism isn't an issue in this country?
