Topical: I was once woken at 3 in the morning on a campsite by hedgehogs doing it.
I had to get out of the tent with a torch and find out what it was. I thought it was pigs or dogs rummaging around outside the tent, so was armed with the Maglite and a Swiss army knife and all I found was the aforementioned hedgehogs looking guilty and ashamed.
Dirty buggers.
