It's BENEFIT.

If it's used for little Jeremy's Junior ISA , school fees, holiday etc. you don't need it. If it's used for food, heating etc fair enough. The Daily Mail etc constantly moan about benefit scroungers but seem to think that giving thousands to middle class couples for having children is ok.
