Tonight was the night that the Lambert era was put firmly in the past.
Great things are happening at FCR under The Hoots. It's taken a bit of time, but he knows what he wants and the players know what he wants... it's all coming together. Confidence, that team spirit and desire to succeed is burning bright... we are definitely moving onwards and upwards.
I have been a 'little' dis-enchanted with all the change and upheaval of recent months, wondering where next for my Norwich. Now, right now, I think I may be developing a little man-crush on Hoots.
Calm, assured, eloquent, respected... a great (man) manager in the making. Love you Chris (hem hem... in a manly way). Mwah xx
