I actually don't believe that, but I do think that he's still got a lot to learn. CH is some years older and has paid his dues. Lambert's a brilliant motivator for the type of character he understands, but I don't think he's outstanding tactically and I never really saw the results of coaching when he was here.

I hope he bounces back - he hauled us out of a desperate place.
