There was a top notch argument in Tesco today between a customer and customer service
they've introduced this stupid new thing where you can scan as you shop. God knows the point of it, as they "randomly" check almost everyone using it.
Anyway, one guy got stopped and it seems he had paid ?1.60 too much for his shopping. He went mental at having his bags emptied and checked and said "as far as I'm concerned, once your shopping is packed and in the bags, it's my personal property and it's an invasion of privacy"
Then, to top it all off he said "I don't usually agree with all this racism stuff, but I genuinely believe I was stopped because I'm black"
FFS!

"sir, it is our policy to stop and check every customer on their first use of shop and scan"
