frankly I think they are all much of a muchness

but the difference in resources available mean we will never be able to realistically judge them. How can we tell what Worthy would have achieved with Hamilton/Rioch's budget (where a ?200k player was a big buy) or they with his, able to spend millions in a single summer (eg 2001). We simply can't, so realistically comparisons are neither worthwhile arguments either for or against Worthy.
