I acknowledge the difficulties but it might help prevent systematic abuse
if it was used with very strict guidelines.
The alternative seems far less palatable. I could barely watch that programme when it came out and the relative having to go through the video etc.
Its by far there biggest challenge this nation faces. Providing care with dignity.
