If you are lucky, you have everything you need at home

Shower Cap
Shower curtain
Rubber grip mat from shower

A tie
Some screws (ideally tungsten tipped)
2 biscuits
An electrical flex (from a mini kettle for authenticity, but an old computer monitor one will do you)

Bit of talcum powder on the face
Bit of ketchup on the face
Get the biscuits to stick to your face somehow.
