I would feel very uneasy about it,

not because he managed Ipswich very successfully, but because he has walked out of his last 2 jobs in strange circumstances. At both derby and Hearts he fell out with the board with allegations of drunkenness and affairs with players wives flying. How often do you see smoke without fire?
