Not sure how to greet Lambert next week
It will be really odd to see him on the touchline in his AV trackie. Not sure whether to:
a) Applaud politely
b) sing "only one Paul Lambert"
c) sing "Lambert, Lambert you're a c**t.."
d) just ignore him
I'll probably opt for d), seems the easiest
